Haw Creek Commons

E.J. Serves as the Chef and Kitchen Manager of Haw Creek Commons. She resides in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina with her husband, Andrew, and their daughter Iris. She grew up in Middle Tennessee and has always loved being among the trees and waterways of the Southeast. She has always been passionate about cooking, helping her mother in the kitchen from an early age. In college, she strengthened her love of food and community by cooking for groups of friends regularly. She spent time working with small businesses and large corporations honing her skills. She believes there is a wealth of potential to connect the community with Missional Wisdom Foundation through food and fellowship.

When she is not in the kitchen, E.J. and her family love to play outside, go for a hike with their two dogs, or enjoy some live music.
